If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Role and Scope of Services

AutoXGlobal provides vehicle sourcing, export coordination, Japan auction bidding assistance, vehicle parts sourcing, customer communication, documentation support, and shipping arrangement services for customers interested in purchasing vehicles or automotive parts from Japan.

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle purchase coordination
  • Vehicle parts, spare parts, and accessories sourcing
  • Export documentation support
  • Shipping arrangement and logistics coordination
  • Communication with suppliers, auction agents, shipping companies, inspection companies, freight forwarders, port agents, and other third-party providers
  • General import guidance based on available information

AutoXGlobal acts as a vehicle export, sourcing, and coordination service provider. We may rely on auction houses, suppliers, dismantlers, dealers, shipping companies, inspection companies, freight forwarders, port agents, customs brokers, banks, payment processors, and other third-party service providers.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, AutoXGlobal does not act as the customer’s customs broker, local registration agent, local tax adviser, local compliance adviser, mechanic, insurer, or legal representative in the destination country.

2. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding transaction.
  • All information you provide to AutoXGlobal is accurate, complete, and current.
  • You are responsible for checking whether the vehicle or part can be legally imported, registered, installed, insured, and used in your destination country.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, import rules, customs regulations, tax obligations, emissions standards, safety rules, inspection requirements, roadworthiness rules, and registration procedures in your country.
  • You will not use our website or services for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or misleading purposes.

AutoXGlobal may refuse service, cancel transactions, suspend communication, reject orders, or terminate access where we reasonably suspect fraud, false information, unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, payment risk, sanctions risk, or non-compliance with these Terms.

3. Website Use and Content Accuracy

The AutoXGlobal website and its content are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

AutoXGlobal makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated information. However, we do not guarantee that the website, vehicle listings, parts listings, prices, availability, descriptions, photos, specifications, auction information, or other content will always be complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

AutoXGlobal may correct errors, change prices, update content, remove listings, suspend services, or modify the website at any time without prior notice.

Customers must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any AutoXGlobal system, account, server, communication system, database, or network through hacking, password mining, scraping, automated abuse, or any other unauthorized method.

4. Vehicle Information, Availability, and Pricing

All vehicle information, including price, mileage, model year, grade, condition, specifications, features, photographs, auction sheet details, inspection comments, and availability, is provided based on information available from suppliers, auction houses, previous owners, databases, or third-party sources.

AutoXGlobal makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all vehicle information is complete, current, error-free, or fully accurate.

Vehicles may be sold, withdrawn, repriced, delayed, reserved by another buyer, or become unavailable without notice. Prices may change due to exchange rates, auction results, supplier changes, inland transport costs, shipping costs, inspection requirements, port charges, bank charges, or other third-party costs.

Any quotation, estimate, or price indication provided before final confirmation is for guidance only and does not guarantee final purchase cost, delivery cost, import cost, registration cost, or resale value.

5. Japan Auction Service

Japan vehicle auctions operate in a live and competitive market. By using AutoXGlobal’s auction service, the customer understands and accepts that:

  • Auction vehicles are pre-owned vehicles.
  • Final selling prices cannot be guaranteed.
  • Auction availability can change quickly.
  • Auction sheets and inspection reports are third-party documents.
  • Auction grades and comments are not warranties.
  • Translation support is provided for guidance only.
  • Some damage, repairs, wear, odors, mechanical issues, corrosion, accident history, replacement parts, missing parts, or hidden faults may not be fully visible or disclosed.
  • AutoXGlobal cannot guarantee that a vehicle will be won at the customer’s target price.
  • Once a bid is approved and successfully won, the customer is expected to complete the transaction.

Auction bidding will only be conducted based on the customer’s instructions, budget, and approval process. Approval may be given in writing, by email, WhatsApp, website form, invoice confirmation, payment, or other clear communication.

Once a bid is placed, it may not be possible to cancel or withdraw it. If a vehicle is successfully won after customer approval, the customer is obligated to pay the remaining balance within the deadline stated by AutoXGlobal, normally within 48 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Entry Deposit, Secure Funds, and Refund Qualification Period

AutoXGlobal may require an entry deposit or secure deposit before providing active auction bidding support, sourcing services, parts sourcing, or reserved transaction assistance.

Deposits are used to confirm serious buying intent and allow AutoXGlobal to allocate staff time, search vehicles or parts, review auction information, communicate with suppliers, prepare bidding recommendations, and provide sourcing support.

Deposits may be used to:

  • Confirm serious buying intent
  • Reserve staff time
  • Search and review auction vehicles or parts
  • Translate auction information
  • Prepare bidding recommendations
  • Communicate with auction agents, suppliers, dismantlers, and third-party providers
  • Cover administrative processing
  • Cover cancellation, auction, banking, supplier, service, or third-party costs where applicable

Where a vehicle is successfully purchased, the deposit is normally deducted from the final invoice total.

6.1 Deposit Qualification Period

All deposits are subject to a 30-day qualification period from the date the deposit is received by AutoXGlobal.

During this qualification period, AutoXGlobal will provide sourcing, auction review, communication, and purchase support based on the customer’s requested vehicle, budget, market availability, destination requirements, and import conditions.

A deposit does not create an automatic right to a refund. Refund eligibility will normally be reviewed only after the 30-day qualification period has ended, unless AutoXGlobal decides at its discretion to review the request earlier.

6.2 Customer Cancellation, Delay, or Non-Participation

If the customer cancels, changes their mind, fails to respond, does not provide required information, repeatedly changes vehicle or parts requirements, refuses reasonable options within the agreed search scope, or does not proceed with a purchase during the qualification period, AutoXGlobal may deduct administrative, sourcing, and service costs from the deposit.

These deductions may include, but are not limited to:

  • Staff time
  • Auction search and review work
  • Translation and vehicle evaluation support
  • Supplier communication
  • Parts or vehicle sourcing work
  • Administrative processing
  • Bank charges
  • Currency conversion losses
  • Payment processor fees
  • Any third-party costs already incurred

If the customer fails to communicate or does not actively participate in the purchase process for 30 days or more, AutoXGlobal may treat the transaction as inactive. Inactive transactions may be closed, and the deposit may become partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work performed and costs incurred.

6.3 Refund Review Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days after the 30-day qualification period has ended and after AutoXGlobal receives all required information from the customer.

A refund may be approved only where all of the following conditions are met:

  • No vehicle has been successfully purchased or won at auction.
  • No approved bid has resulted in a successful purchase.
  • No supplier commitment, reservation, parts order, dismantling request, or special order has been made.
  • No committed cost has been incurred by AutoXGlobal or any third party.
  • The customer has cooperated reasonably during the sourcing process.
  • The customer has not repeatedly changed requirements outside the agreed search scope.
  • No unpaid balance exists.
  • No administrative, banking, auction, supplier, inspection, shipping, storage, sourcing, or service cost remains outstanding.

Refunds are not automatic. Bank charges, transfer fees, currency conversion losses, payment processor fees, administrative fees, auction-related costs, supplier costs, inspection costs, parts-sourcing costs, sourcing service costs, and third-party charges may be deducted from any approved refund.

If the customer cancels after approving a bid, after a successful auction win, after supplier commitment, after invoice issuance, after a parts order, after dismantling or packing begins, after shipping preparation, or after costs have been incurred, the deposit may become partially or fully non-refundable.

AutoXGlobal may request additional information before completing a refund review. The refund review period begins only after the 30-day qualification period has ended and the customer has provided all requested information.

7. Payment Terms

All payments must be made according to the invoice, quotation, or written payment instructions provided by AutoXGlobal.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Sending payment in the correct currency
  • Paying all bank charges, transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, receiving bank fees, and currency conversion costs
  • Providing correct payment references
  • Sending payment before the stated deadline
  • Ensuring funds are received in full

A transaction is not considered fully paid until cleared funds are received and confirmed by AutoXGlobal or its designated account.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, storage charges, auction penalties, supplier penalties, delayed shipment, resale of the vehicle or part, loss of deposit, or deduction of costs from amounts already paid.

AutoXGlobal is not responsible for delays or losses caused by banks, payment processors, incorrect transfer details, intermediary banks, foreign exchange fluctuations, compliance checks, or payment holds.

8. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

If a customer cancels a vehicle or parts transaction at any stage, AutoXGlobal may deduct applicable costs, including but not limited to:

  • Auction cancellation penalties
  • Supplier cancellation charges
  • Administrative and documentation costs
  • Inland transport fees
  • Port handling fees
  • Storage or holding charges
  • Bank charges and transfer fees
  • Currency conversion losses
  • Inspection costs
  • Cleaning, repair, preparation, or packing costs
  • Shipping cancellation charges
  • Third-party service fees
  • Any other cost already incurred in connection with the transaction

If a vehicle has already been purchased, won at auction, reserved, invoiced, transported, shipped, or prepared for export, cancellation may not be possible, and the customer may remain responsible for the full balance and all related costs.

If a part has already been ordered, reserved, removed, dismantled, packed, shipped, specially sourced, or prepared for export, cancellation may not be possible, and the part may be non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will only be processed after all relevant deductions have been calculated.

9. Vehicle Condition and “As-Is” Sale

All used vehicles are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis unless a separate written warranty is expressly provided by AutoXGlobal.

The customer understands that used vehicles may have:

  • Scratches, dents, rust, corrosion, paint defects, stains, odors, or interior wear
  • Prior repairs, repainting, panel replacement, or accident history
  • Mechanical faults, electrical faults, warning lights, fluid leaks, battery issues, or engine/transmission wear
  • Worn tires, worn brakes, suspension wear, or other service items
  • Missing accessories, manuals, spare keys, tools, covers, mats, or parts
  • Differences between online photos and actual condition
  • Issues not visible in photographs or auction sheets
  • Maintenance needs after arrival

Mileage, condition, auction grade, inspection notes, and comments are based on third-party information and are provided for guidance only. AutoXGlobal does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or future performance of any used vehicle unless expressly agreed in writing.

The customer accepts that used vehicles may require servicing, cleaning, repairs, inspection, replacement parts, or maintenance after purchase and arrival.

10. Inspections and Customer Due Diligence

Where available, AutoXGlobal may assist with arranging third-party inspections, auction sheet checks, photo checks, supplier checks, parts checks, or condition reviews. These services are intended to reduce risk but cannot eliminate all risk.

Inspection reports, auction sheets, supplier comments, photos, translations, and condition opinions are third-party opinions or guidance tools only. They are not guarantees, warranties, certifications, or promises of condition, performance, roadworthiness, legality, compatibility, or future reliability.

Third-party inspections are limited by access, time, auction rules, inspector capability, supplier cooperation, vehicle location, part location, visibility, available information, and the inspection method used. They do not guarantee that all faults, damage, missing items, hidden defects, prior repairs, mechanical issues, electrical faults, or compatibility issues will be discovered.

The customer is responsible for reviewing all information provided before approving a bid, confirming a vehicle purchase, or ordering parts.

If the customer proceeds with a purchase without requesting additional inspection or clarification, the customer accepts the risk of the vehicle or part condition based on the information available at the time.

11. Vehicle Parts, Spare Parts, and Accessories

AutoXGlobal may assist customers with sourcing, purchasing, exporting, and shipping vehicle parts, spare parts, accessories, components, and related automotive items from Japan.

By requesting or purchasing parts through AutoXGlobal, the customer understands and accepts the following terms.

11.1 Parts Sourcing and Availability

Vehicle parts may be sourced from dealers, dismantlers, suppliers, auctions, used-parts networks, manufacturers, or third-party sellers.

All parts are subject to availability. Prices, condition, stock status, shipping cost, and delivery time may change without notice until the order is confirmed and paid.

AutoXGlobal does not guarantee that a requested part will be available, suitable, or obtainable at the original estimated price.

11.2 Customer Responsibility for Compatibility

The customer is solely responsible for confirming that the requested part is compatible with their vehicle before ordering.

The customer must provide accurate information where required, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle make
  • Vehicle model
  • Chassis number / VIN
  • Year
  • Engine code
  • Transmission type
  • Grade or trim
  • Part number
  • Photos of the original part
  • Side required, such as left, right, front, rear, upper, or lower

AutoXGlobal may assist with general checks based on the information provided, but compatibility advice is not a guarantee. Final responsibility for part fitment, suitability, installation, and use remains with the customer.

If the customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information, AutoXGlobal is not responsible for wrong parts, non-fitting parts, delays, extra costs, failed installation, or rejected returns.

11.3 Used Parts Condition

Unless expressly stated in writing, used parts are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

Used parts may have scratches, wear, marks, rust, dirt, fading, dents, cracks, previous repairs, missing clips, missing bolts, cut wires, broken tabs, discoloration, or other age-related deterioration.

Photos, descriptions, supplier comments, and condition notes are provided for guidance only and may not show every defect.

The customer understands that used parts may require cleaning, repair, repainting, reprogramming, adjustment, servicing, or professional installation after arrival.

11.4 Electrical, Electronic, and Mechanical Parts

Electrical, electronic, and mechanical parts carry additional risk. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • ECUs
  • Sensors
  • Switches
  • Meters
  • Cameras
  • Navigation units
  • Audio units
  • Hybrid components
  • ABS units
  • Airbag modules
  • Engine parts
  • Transmission parts
  • Turbochargers
  • Compressors
  • Pumps
  • Actuators
  • Control modules

These parts may require coding, programming, calibration, professional installation, or matching to the customer’s vehicle.

AutoXGlobal does not guarantee that electronic, electrical, or mechanical parts will function correctly with the customer’s vehicle unless a separate written warranty is provided.

No refund or replacement will be provided for parts that fail due to incorrect installation, incompatibility, improper use, local programming issues, damaged vehicle wiring, customer-side faults, or lack of professional installation.

11.5 New, Genuine, Aftermarket, Rebuilt, and Used Parts

Parts may be supplied as new, genuine OEM, aftermarket, rebuilt, refurbished, reconditioned, or used depending on the customer’s request and supplier availability.

The customer must confirm the type of part before ordering. If the part type is not expressly stated in writing, the customer should not assume that the part is new, genuine, complete, painted, tested, or covered by manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer packaging, labels, manuals, clips, bolts, brackets, sensors, gaskets, seals, wiring, or accessories may not be included unless specifically confirmed in writing.

11.6 Paint, Color, and Cosmetic Match

For body panels, bumpers, mirrors, trims, interior pieces, lights, wheels, and cosmetic parts, AutoXGlobal does not guarantee exact color match, paint condition, texture match, or cosmetic condition.

Paint codes, photos, and descriptions are only guidance. Differences may occur due to vehicle age, repainting, fading, lighting, camera settings, previous repairs, and manufacturing variation.

The customer accepts that parts may require repainting, polishing, repair, or adjustment after arrival.

11.7 Parts Orders, Payment, and Cancellation

Once a parts order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation may not be possible.

If the supplier has already reserved, removed, packed, shipped, or prepared the part, the order may be non-cancellable and non-refundable.

If cancellation is accepted, AutoXGlobal may deduct supplier cancellation fees, bank fees, currency conversion costs, packing costs, domestic shipping costs, storage costs, handling costs, administrative fees, and any other cost already incurred.

Special-order parts, used parts, cut parts, dismantled parts, electrical parts, electronic parts, programmed parts, and parts ordered specifically for the customer are normally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

11.8 Returns, Refunds, and Replacement of Parts

Parts are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless AutoXGlobal agrees in writing.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only where:

  • The wrong part was supplied due to AutoXGlobal’s proven error;
  • The part materially differs from the confirmed order; or
  • A separate written warranty or return condition was provided before purchase.

No refund, return, or replacement will be accepted where:

  • The customer ordered the wrong part
  • The customer provided incorrect information
  • The part does not fit due to incomplete vehicle details
  • The part was installed, modified, painted, repaired, opened, programmed, damaged, or used
  • The issue is cosmetic and visible in the provided photos
  • The part is used and condition-related wear was reasonably expected
  • The part fails due to incorrect installation or vehicle-side problems
  • The customer changes their mind
  • The customer no longer needs the part
  • Import duties, taxes, or local costs are higher than expected
  • Customs delays or rejects the shipment
  • The item is a special-order, electrical, electronic, cut, dismantled, or used part

Any approved return must be sent back at the customer’s cost unless otherwise agreed in writing. Original shipping charges, bank fees, packing fees, administrative fees, and third-party costs are normally non-refundable.

11.9 Installation and Use

All parts should be installed by a qualified professional.

AutoXGlobal is not responsible for:

  • Installation labor costs
  • Diagnostic costs
  • Programming or coding costs
  • Paintwork costs
  • Repair costs
  • Towing costs
  • Downtime
  • Workshop charges
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by incompatible parts
  • Damage caused by customer misuse
  • Damage to the customer’s vehicle
  • Injury, accident, or loss caused by improper installation or use

The customer accepts full responsibility for ensuring that parts are installed, inspected, tested, and used safely.

11.10 No Warranty on Parts Unless Expressly Stated

Unless expressly stated in writing, AutoXGlobal provides no warranty on vehicle parts, especially used, electrical, electronic, mechanical, cut, dismantled, rebuilt, or special-order parts.

Any manufacturer warranty, supplier warranty, or third-party warranty applies only where available and expressly confirmed before purchase.

AutoXGlobal does not guarantee part lifespan, performance, compatibility, future operation, roadworthiness, compliance, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Local statutory warranties or consumer rights may apply where required by mandatory applicable law, but only to the extent such rights cannot legally be excluded.

12. Shipping, Export, and Delivery

Shipping dates, vessel schedules, transit times, and delivery estimates are approximate only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping and delivery may be affected by:

  • Vessel availability
  • Port congestion
  • Customs checks
  • Weather events
  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Government restrictions
  • Shipping line changes
  • Inspection delays
  • Document checks
  • Destination port procedures
  • Seasonal demand
  • Force majeure events
  • Third-party logistics delays

AutoXGlobal is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, ports, customs authorities, inspection agencies, government bodies, freight forwarders, destination agents, courier companies, postal services, or other third parties.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, AutoXGlobal’s responsibility is limited to arranging export coordination from Japan. Destination customs clearance, taxes, duties, local port fees, registration, compliance, storage, demurrage, and delivery beyond the agreed shipping terms remain the customer’s responsibility.

Large, fragile, heavy, oversized, dangerous, restricted, or delicate parts may require special packing, extra charges, or alternative shipping methods.

13. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Local Charges

The customer is solely responsible for all destination country costs, including but not limited to:

  • Import duties
  • Customs taxes
  • VAT, GST, or sales tax
  • Port charges
  • Customs broker fees
  • Registration costs
  • Inspection fees
  • Environmental or recycling fees
  • Storage, demurrage, or detention fees
  • Courier handling fees
  • Inland delivery costs
  • Compliance modification costs
  • Insurance costs
  • Any fines, penalties, or government charges

AutoXGlobal may provide general guidance, but such guidance is not legal, tax, customs, or compliance advice. The customer must verify all requirements with local authorities, customs brokers, or qualified professionals before purchasing.

Some parts may be restricted, prohibited, delayed, or require special documentation depending on the destination country. This may include airbags, seatbelt pretensioners, batteries, fluids, refrigerant parts, used tires, engines, transmissions, catalytic converters, glass, lights, electronic modules, and safety-related components.

AutoXGlobal is not responsible if a vehicle or part is refused, delayed, seized, taxed, returned, destroyed, or rejected by customs or local authorities.

14. Import Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance

The customer is responsible for confirming that the vehicle or part is eligible for import into the destination country before approving any purchase, bid, or order.

This includes checking:

  • Vehicle age restrictions
  • Emissions standards
  • Safety standards
  • Left-hand drive or right-hand drive rules
  • Import permit requirements
  • Roadworthiness requirements
  • Registration eligibility
  • Customs rules
  • Modification requirements
  • Prohibited or restricted vehicle or parts categories
  • Sanctions, trade restrictions, or country-specific import controls

AutoXGlobal is not responsible if a vehicle or part cannot be imported, cleared, registered, installed, insured, modified, or used in the destination country due to local laws or customer failure to verify requirements.

15. Documentation

AutoXGlobal will make reasonable efforts to provide export documents required from Japan, where applicable and available.

Documents may include:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Export certificate
  • English translation of export certificate
  • Bill of lading
  • Deregistration or export-related documents
  • Shipping documents
  • Parts invoices or packing details
  • Other documents required for export from Japan

Document processing times may vary. AutoXGlobal is not responsible for delays caused by government offices, shipping companies, customs authorities, banks, courier companies, inspection agencies, suppliers, or other third parties.

The customer must provide accurate personal, company, consignee, shipping, and destination details. AutoXGlobal is not responsible for delays, extra costs, failed clearance, or incorrect documents caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

16. Risk, Ownership, and Insurance

Risk transfer, responsibility, and delivery terms depend on the specific invoice, shipping arrangement, and agreed trade terms.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the customer is responsible for arranging marine insurance, courier insurance, cargo insurance, or requesting insurance before shipment.

AutoXGlobal is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delay, or deterioration during shipping, courier handling, port handling, customs inspection, storage, or destination delivery unless caused directly by AutoXGlobal’s proven gross negligence.

Claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately with clear photographs, inspection reports, courier reports, port documents, delivery receipts, tracking numbers, and any other evidence required by the shipping line, courier, insurer, or claims provider.

17. Fragile Parts and Shipping Damage

AutoXGlobal will make reasonable efforts to pack or arrange packing suitable for the type of part and shipping method. However, international shipping carries risk, especially for fragile items such as lights, glass, panels, mirrors, bumpers, trims, screens, meters, and interior parts.

The customer should request insurance before shipment where available.

Damage claims must be reported immediately after delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged part
  • Courier or shipping damage report
  • Delivery receipt
  • Tracking number
  • Any other evidence requested by the carrier or insurer

AutoXGlobal is not responsible for shipping damage, loss, or mishandling by courier companies, shipping companies, postal services, customs, ports, or third-party logistics providers unless caused directly by AutoXGlobal’s proven gross negligence.

18. Replacement and 5-Day Vehicle Review Period

AutoXGlobal may offer a limited 5-day review period following delivery of a vehicle. This review period is not a warranty, return right, refund guarantee, satisfaction guarantee, or general right to change vehicles.

This review period applies only to:

  • Confirmed shipping damage; or
  • A major undisclosed mechanical fault that materially affects basic vehicle operation and was not reasonably visible from the available auction sheet, supplier information, photos, inspection comments, or other information provided before purchase.

This review period does not apply to normal used-vehicle wear, cosmetic issues, minor defects, maintenance items, buyer’s remorse, market value changes, local registration issues, import costs, destination country rules, or issues that were visible, disclosed, or reasonably expected for a used vehicle.

All requests must be submitted in writing within 5 days of delivery. The customer must provide photographs, videos, mechanic reports, shipping documents, inspection reports, and any other evidence reasonably requested by AutoXGlobal.

All requests will be reviewed case-by-case. Approved remedies, if any, may include support with a shipping claim, supplier discussion, repair contribution, replacement assistance, or another commercially reasonable solution. Replacement vehicles are subject to availability, destination rules, shipping timelines, and additional costs.

Requests not connected to qualifying shipping damage or major undisclosed faults will be treated as cancellation, dissatisfaction, or change-of-mind requests, and cancellation fees or normal transaction costs may apply.

This section applies only to vehicles unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Parts are governed by the Vehicle Parts section of these Terms.

This section does not override the “as-is” nature of used vehicle sales unless expressly required by applicable law.

19. No Guarantee of Profit, Resale Value, or Market Outcome

AutoXGlobal does not guarantee resale value, profit margin, market demand, future vehicle value, local selling price, parts availability, repair cost, fuel economy, compliance cost, registration outcome, or business results.

Any decision to purchase a vehicle or part for personal use, resale, commercial use, repair, or import business is made solely by the customer.

20. User Accounts, Communication, and Security

If AutoXGlobal provides customer accounts, login access, saved inquiries, dashboards, or communication tools, the customer is responsible for keeping login details secure.

The customer agrees not to:

  • Use another person’s account
  • Provide false identity information
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website security
  • Upload harmful files or malicious code
  • Abuse communication systems
  • Send spam, threats, or fraudulent messages
  • Use AutoXGlobal services for illegal activity

AutoXGlobal may suspend or terminate access without notice where misuse, fraud, abuse, or security risk is suspected.

21. Communication and Written Confirmation

AutoXGlobal may communicate with customers by email, WhatsApp, phone, website forms, social media, CRM messages, or other digital communication channels.

Instructions, approvals, confirmations, bid approvals, parts order approvals, cancellation requests, payment notices, and transaction decisions may be accepted through written digital communication.

Customer approvals given by email, WhatsApp, website form, invoice confirmation, payment confirmation, social media message, or other digital written communication are legally binding and will be treated as written consent.

The customer is responsible for checking messages and responding promptly. Delays caused by late customer response may result in missed auction opportunities, delayed orders, delayed shipment, extra charges, cancellation, or loss of deposit.

22. Third-Party Login, APIs, and Integrations

AutoXGlobal may use third-party platforms and APIs, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, payment providers, CRM systems, analytics tools, communication tools, and social media integrations.

AutoXGlobal does not sell personal data to third parties. Connected platform access is used only for the intended operational functionality, communication, account management, marketing, or service purpose requested or accepted by the user.

Customers may revoke third-party permissions where supported by the relevant platform.

23. Privacy and Data Handling

AutoXGlobal may share necessary information with suppliers, auction agents, shipping companies, customs brokers, inspection companies, payment processors, banks, IT service providers, CRM systems, communication tools, government authorities, or other parties required to complete the transaction or comply with the law.

24. Intellectual Property

All content on the AutoXGlobal website, including text, logos, graphics, images, videos, designs, layouts, software, documents, and branding, is owned by or licensed to AutoXGlobal unless otherwise stated.

25. Customer-Provided Content

If the customer provides photos, documents, feedback, reviews, messages, vehicle preferences, parts information, or other content to AutoXGlobal, the customer confirms that they have the right to provide such content.

The customer grants AutoXGlobal permission to use such content as reasonably necessary to provide services, process inquiries, communicate with third parties, prepare documentation, improve services, or comply with legal requirements.

AutoXGlobal may remove, refuse, or edit customer-provided content where it is false, misleading, offensive, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

26. Anti-Fraud, Sanctions, and Compliance

AutoXGlobal may refuse, suspend, or cancel any transaction where there is suspected fraud, money laundering risk, sanctions risk, illegal activity, false information, unusual payment behavior, or violation of applicable laws.

AutoXGlobal may request additional documents to verify identity, address, company information, source of funds, consignee details, or transaction purpose.

Failure to provide requested information may result in transaction delay, cancellation, or refusal of service.

27. Anti-Social Forces

AutoXGlobal does not knowingly conduct business with organized crime groups, anti-social forces, or parties connected to such groups.

The customer confirms that they are not a member of, affiliated with, controlled by, or acting on behalf of any organized crime group, anti-social force, terrorist organization, sanctioned party, or prohibited entity.

AutoXGlobal may immediately cancel or refuse any transaction if it reasonably suspects such connection.
